Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony and request no photos or phones out! But feel free to take as many photos as you would like during our reception, thank you!

What is the dress code?

Black tie optional, we encourage you to dress up!

Is there parking available at the reception venue?

Answer

We are using the satellite lot around 5min from our venue, there will be complimentary shuttles available to bring you from the parking site to the venue (see more on the travel tab).

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be in a church and the cocktail hour and reception will be in our venue's indoor ballroom. But there are verandas that wrap around the hotel for you to enjoy the nature 🌲

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or child?

Answer

Plus one and children are indicated on your invitation :)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 1:45 to give yourself enough time to park and be seated by 2!

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We'll have around 1-1.5 hours between our ceremony and cocktail hour, so feel free to mingle, explore New Hope, or relax - but please be at The River House by 5 for cocktail hour.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please fill in the RSVP form attached to your digital or physical invitation. It will let us know if you can come celebrate as well as your food preference for our reception!
