Where is the ceremony and reception located?

The ceremony/reception will be held at LaMalfa Banquet Center in Mentor, Ohio.

What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be held on July 17, 2027 at 4:00pm. Doors will open at 3:00pm and will close at 3:45pm.

Can I attend the ceremony/reception separately?

Answer

No, because this is an All-In-One event.

Question

How much is the contribution?

Answer

The cost is $100 per adult and $40 per child twelve and under that requires a seat. If your child is in arms or eats in your lap, you do not have to pay for them. However, if your child sits in a high chair or requires a booster seat when you go out to eat, you must pay $40 for that child.

Are any funds refundable if i cannot attend?

Answer

Unfortunately not, any funds received are nonrefundable.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

You sure can, we can add them to your contact info on our side and resend the RSVP and an updated payment link will be sent accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

All RSVP's will need to be submitted no later than 11:59pm on Saturday, May 1st 2027.

When is the final payment due?

Answer

Final payment is due no later than 11:59pm on Monday May 17, 2027. This allows us to confirm final counts before sending final payment to the vendor(s).

Can I make payments on my contribution?

Answer

Yes, within 48hrs after you RSVP, you will receive a payment link via text (which can be used multiple times, so save it). You can pay as many times as needed thru this payment link, until your balance is paid in full, but no later than Monday May 17, 2027.

What type of meal will be served (buffet, plated, family-style)?

Answer

The dinner meals will be served buffet style, with a plated salad already on the table.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan or allergy-friendly options?

Yes, please indicate your dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?

Answer

The banquet hall has a hotel attached for easy access and has plenty of parking.

Will the wedding ceremony be unplugged (no phones)?

Answer

Yes, we want all guests to be fully present and enjoy the moment.
