FAQs

If you have any other questions, please message either Jen or James and we will happily answer.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by 15 December 2025. Flights (and hotel availability) should be out around a year in advance to the wedding date.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code for the big day is usual formal wedding attire (no shorts or trainers please). The dress code for the hangover brunch is informal (bring your swimwear!) No white and avoid yellow please, as that is the colour of our bridesmaids.

Question

What are the transport options for the weekend?

Answer

We have arranged for a shuttle bus to collect everyone from the airport on Friday to go to their chosen hotels, and a return from chosen hotels to the airport on the Monday (at your own expense, please send Jen & James the owed amount if not already done so). We have arranged the bus shuttles to/from the hotels to/from the venue on both Saturday and Sunday. Please reach out to Jen or James if you are on an different flight and transport hasn't been arranged for you yet.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! Please just add this to your RSVP response and we will make sure that you are catered for.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather should be mid-late 20s, so please bring your sun lotion and sunglasses for the hangover brunch!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow our guests a weekend of uninhibited fun, we are only allowing our nieces and nephew to attend our wedding.

Question

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Yes, drinks will be provided throughout Saturday and Sunday!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking available at the wedding venue so if you plan on driving and parking, please let us know.
