We had crossed paths a few times, exchanging warm smiles and simple words. But it was on a special evening—prayer night in August 2022—when everything changed. Surrounded by worship and stillness, Jim reached out, gently took my hand, and asked, “Can I pray with you?” In that moment, something stirred—deep, meaningful, and unexpected.
