Question

A note from Reinstein Ranch

Answer

Welcome! The ranch has been in the family since 1884 and is now operated by our 5th generation. We’re honored to share our history and home with you to celebrate this beautiful couple! We’d like to share some rules and advice to make sure everyone has a wonderful time. You’ll find equipment that has been used by our family for generations. Some are vintage and others are still in use. Feel free to check it out, but please do not touch. When you arrive, please do not use the main driveway. Continue east on Highland Road for 700 feet and enter at the next green gate. You can add “Reinstein Ranch Guest Parking” to your navigation and be brought right to the parking lot. The ranch is also a horse boarding facility. Horses are strictly off limits. They are sweet and it may be tempting, but please don’t feed or touch the horses. Children must be supervised at all times - no exceptions. Do not let children touch equipment or horses. We want to keep everyone safe. The ranch has a no open flame policy. If you would like to smoke, we encourage you to bring a vape pen or an e-cigarette; however we do have a smoking area on property. Please ask our coordination staff to point it out to you. The way to the parking lot will be semi-dark when you return to your car. There is some lighting but you may want to use your phone as you head back to your car. We look forward to having you! Warmly, The Reinsteins

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP no later than February 29, 2024 to help us in finalizing our planning details; if you happen to need to update your RSVP as the event nears, you may circle back and please edit.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure you don't miss the ceremony, the venue parking attendants will be open at 3:30p. There will also be a complimentary shuttle pick up at The Hilton Garden in on Constitution Drive at 3:00p and 3:15p to ensure you arrive on time.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're excited to celebrate with those closest to us and have included all those invited from your party on your RSVP.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have secured two hotels within 15 minutes of the venue for your convenience. Our group booking links can be found on the "Travel" tab of our site.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, our caterer is happy to make accommodations for any food allergies shared with us. Please let us know in your RSVP or contact us personally so we can be sure to accommodate.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we would love if you brightened our celebration with Spring Formal Attire. Elevated, but not overly stuffy. For the ladies, this could look like dresses or jumpsuits with floral prints, and dreamy details like ruffles, ribbons, and embroidery. For the fellas, this could be soft blues and neutrals, or a bold navy or grey; suits are always great, but nice dress pants or jeans and a button up do as well. We do want to be sure all are aware the venue is a working ranch. The ground is gravel and it can be chilly in the spring nights, so please keep that in mind when selecting your shoes and layers.
