Question

About Osyter Bay Farm

Answer

Oyster Bay Farm is working farm, not a traditional wedding venue. The site we've chosen is beautiful and should be a lot of fun, but things will be a little more rustic than what you might find at other weddings.

Question

Dress Code

Answer

Wear what makes you feel fancy! and..... We highly recommend comfortable shoes without heels. There will be games and activities, and you may want to run around. We're hoping for a hootenanny. Whole lot of hoot, little bit of nanny. As mentioned above, Oyster Bay is a rustic, outdoor farm. The ceremony site is fairly flat, but the ground is uneven in a lot of places. We want you to be comfortable and get around easily. There is plenty of shade at the ceremony site, but don't forget to wear sunscreen!

Question

Pets

Answer

Oyster Bay Farm has asked that you not bring your pets with you to the wedding. There are several dogs who live on the farm and will bark a lot if there are other animals around they don't know.

Question

Camping Info

Answer

There is little in the way of existing facilities at Oyster Bay Farm. You'll find a couple hose bibs for water, and that's about it. We are renting a nice porta potty which will arrive Friday get picked up Monday. If you'd like to camp outside those dates, let us know. We'll reach out and do our best to accommodate your needs.
