When shoud I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than September 10th. We STRONGLY encourage making hotel reservations quickly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Hyatt is our favourite. It's centrally located in downtown Champaign....walking distance to dozens of bars, cafes, and restaurants. The Hyatt is only giving us 20 rooms. Please reserve early.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the events?

Answer

We arranged guest transportation w/Uber Events. Download the app to your smartphone & claim your rides. Our event time runs between 10/11 at 6am thru 10/15 at 10pm. Enter following promo code under Promotions in the Payments tab of your Uber app to claim your ride. Code e05nwvs. Call uber in plenty of time on Saturday. It's a busy weekend. And please, use Uber if you had a bit much to drink.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5 at the church. Unitarian Universalist Church, 309 West Green Street, Urbana, IL 61801

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is some parking on the church lot as well as street parking. Allow extra time for street parking. We suggest you click the link for church and other venues listed under "Things To Do" for detailed information. Hamilton Walkers has free parking in the rear. It is only a couple doors south of the Hyatt.

If I have a food allergy, or special dietary need can I make a special request?

Are there other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are hosting an out-of-town guest welcome event/ rehearsal dinner on Friday evening for our "out of town" guests and family who will have arrived by Friday. On Sunday we are hosting a farewell event for out-of-town guests/family who can remain in town to enjoy brunch with us. Please advise us when you will be arriving and departing so we can spend as much time with you as possible.
