FAQs

The Wedding Website of Danielle Galgano and James O’Kane
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. If you are late you will be asked to wait until the beginning of the cocktail hour.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to join us in celebrating our special day with elegant formal attire. Our dress code is black tie optional, which means suits or tuxedos for gentlemen, and beautiful gowns, sophisticated cocktail dresses, or chic pantsuits for ladies. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing denim to help maintain the refined atmosphere of our wedding!

Question

Can I bring a guest / date?

Answer

Sadly, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. If you receive a plus one, you will see their name or “Guest” under your name as you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love our little ones, our wedding celebration is an adults-only event. If any guests under 21 are specifically invited, their names will be clearly noted on the invitation.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1, 2026. Kindly let us know if you can join us, as we'll consider a lack of response as an inability to attend.

Question

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you're unable to attend our wedding, we completely understand. Please RSVP "Will not attend" as soon as possible so we can adjust our plans accordingly.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Of course! We want our loved ones as close as possible, so we are working on creating different room blocks at different hotels to accommodate everyone! Take a look at the “Travel” tab for more information and keep an eye on any updates!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Our talented photographer will capture every beautiful moment, and we'll be delighted to share all the images with you after the wedding. You are more than welcome, in fact encouraged, to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! We are working on organizing shuttle transportation to and from the hotels we have rooms blocks with. Please take advantage of the shuttle services!
