Welcome Drinks

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The dress code for this event is elevated casual.

For those in the area the night before, join us for casual drinks and small bites. We'll have a semi-private area at the bar (covered outdoor area - dress accordingly!) Welcome Drinks Transportation: Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Sprinter Vans 7:40pm - Shuttles begin picking up from Best Western and Holiday Inn. The shuttles will run continuous trips until all guests have arrived to Knoxies. 10pm - Shuttles start taking guests back to Best Western and Holiday Inn. The shuttles will run continuous trips until all guests have arrived back to the hotels.

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 10:30 pm

This is a formal event. Please refer to the FAQs page for the dress code.

Please arrive at 4:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Ceremony will be held outside if weather permits. Cocktail hour will held be indoor and outdoor. Reception will be held indoor. A large parking lot is available for those driving. Ceremony Transportation: The buses will pick up guests at the following times: Best Western (Bus 1): 4:00pm Holiday Inn (Bus 2): 4:00pm Following the Reception, buses will drop guests off at the following places: 1. Jetty (after party) 2. Best Western 3. Holiday Inn Both buses will drop off at all the locations above.
