Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to dress in formal attire. Formal attire. For women, floor length dress, dressy cocktail dress, pants suit, or jumpsuit. For men, a suit. Temperatures in October average 50 degrees. The ceremony (weather depending) will be on a grass lawn. Cocktail hour will be located on the deck of the barn which can be heated if necessary. The reception will be inside the barn.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. We will have transportation starting at 4:30pm from the Residence Inn, followed by the Courtyard Marriot at 4:45pm. Shuttles home from the reception will begin at 11:00pm from Gibbet Hill back to Groton Inn, Courtyard Marriot, and the Residence Inn. For those attending the after party there will also be transportation from the Groton Inn back to the other hotels.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to find your seat.

Can I bring an additional guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Is there a registry?

Answer

At this time, we are not listing any items on our registry as we still live in a small Boston apartment with limited storage space. If you’d like to give a gift, we’d love help with continuing to building toward our future together. At this time, we are working on saving for our honeymoon to Spain and purchasing a future home. We appreciate your presence at our wedding above all!
