What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony at 4:30 pm, as it will start at 5 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal /cocktail.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be outdoors, however the reception will take place under a tent.

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Please drive or take an Uber to the reception. However, we ask that anyone that is drinking, plan accordingly and take an Uber.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Please refer to the map on the “Schedule” tab to see the road where you can park. The whole length of Terhune Road in between Concord Ln and Bertrand Dr will be available for parking.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Yes! Our wonderful videographer will set up a zoom for the ceremony, but this will only be accessible by link. If you would like access to this stream, please let Cami or James know via text.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

During the cocktail hour there will be passed hors d’oeuvres, and the menu accommodates vegetarian and gluten free diets. If you have any questions, or need any more information, please let us know.

Yes, an open bar will be provided for the cocktail hour and reception.

Answer

No, please refer to the accommodations tab for more information.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We are happy for anyone to post any photos they want, but we ask that phones are put away when the officiant requests. We have an amazing professional photographer taking photos during the entire ceremony, and we’ll post them on this website when they become available to us.

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by 5/22/24.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

We will be hosting a brunch the following day at 10:30AM at the same location as the reception. More details can be found on the schedule tab. NOTE: if you would like to attend the brunch, please RSVP to that event on the RSVP tab.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

The reception is scheduled to end around 11, however, it may be extended to midnight.
