Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes the ceremony will be outside (weather permitting), and the reception will be inside.

Will there be a reception after the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a reception following the ceremony! They are both located at the same place (one is just outside and the other inside!)

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

YES! It will be buffet style BBQ. Please note that James and I are going to take some time and eat privately up in the bridal suite so please do not wait for us! This allows us not only to enjoy a few stolen moments right after our I do but also allows me to wear a rain coat so no BBQ gets on my white dress! Our plates will be ready and waiting for us and the party will begin as soon as we make our entrance!)

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden attire, cocktail, or business casual. Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside in October in Texas so probably about 80 degrees unless a cold front has rolled in. (There is a walkway, but the chairs will be on the grass so heels may or may not sink walking to your specific chair.

Will there be an open bar at the reception?

Answer

There will be margaritas and select beer options!

Question

Any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

Please don't wear white. Other then that I don't care! Our colors are red and black in case you want to match or avoid those colors!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Of Course! Just make sure you let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure we have plenty of food and chairs! (of course if you want the night off that is fine as well!)
