Our Story
It began at the ripe ages of 12 and 13. Like all great love stories, James and Blair became best friends first. Blair even taught James how to hold his middle school girlfriend's hand (waffle not pancake, duh), and she was hopelessly in love with him the whole time.
Finally, on September 21, 2012, James asked Blair to be his girlfriend at Hundred Acres Manor while in line for the haunted house. Their friend was playing Justin Bieber's "Fall" as they shared their first kiss. Oh what a night!
As they grew up, Blair and James' relationship became a real 'will they won't they' situation. Stolen looks in the hallway and late night phone calls became the scenes of their young soap opera.
They decided to get their act together senior year of high school, cementing their relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend. They graduated, went to college, graduated again, moved in together... Then James got down on one knee and suddenly they were 12 and 13 again.
Just two kids in love.
We were just kids when we fell in love circa 2012. And so we took the infamous heart picture. Every time James tries to kill it, it comes back 10x stronger.
We officially started dating in 7th grade... the Justin Bieber hair and bright green braces were a match made in heaven!

Our first trip to Dallas while we were touring colleges. Six years later it became our home!
James asked Blair to prom on PSU's campus during her new student orientation weekend! Then he bought her a pint of Peachy Paterno, forgetting she's deathly allergic to peaches.

High school graduation... Blair was ready to get married right then and there!
We went to Penn State together, had an absolute blast, and met some of our greatest friends.

We became Penn State grads in the spring of 2022!
We moved in together after graduation and made many trips to Seven Springs with our Pittsburgh besties.
We had the best time living in the Strip District in our tiny apartment with all of our best friends...
James pulled off the most amazing surprise proposal on April 4, 2025 at The Pennsylvanian!
James had all of Blair's best friends travel to Pittsburgh to surprise her on the best day of her life... what a guy!
We spent the night celebrating with our favorite people - shoutout to Jilly for being the hostess with the mostess!
We took a leap and moved to Dallas in May of 2025 where we're surrounded by sunshine, family, and good food! This next chapter has been the most exciting!
We were honored to come back home to be in the wedding of the year in 2025 - love you Bob and Kels!
