Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire, or whatever you feel great in! This venue and the full event will be indoors & air conditioned (if needed).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 6:30-6:45. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:45.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a good amount of street parking surrounding Coopers Hall, but street parking availability can be unpredictable. We recommend using ride share services like Uber or Lyft if possible.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

There will be an array of yummy appetizers and desserts, and a full bar offering wine, beer, and cocktails. Please note that we are not serving a seated dinner. If you want to eat beforehand, hit us up for local recs!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, there is a space to leave notes regarding food allergies or dietary requests. We will ensure there are appetizers to satisfy all dietary needs!

A Wednesday?!

Answer

Yes, we’re getting married on a Wednesday! We know it’s a lot to ask, especially for those out of town. We completely understand if you can’t make it. Please RSVP on our website by May 12th or sooner so that we have an accurate headcount of attendees.

We have opted to keep the wedding to ages 16+. All invitees are named when you go through the online RSVP process. If you have questions, please contact Audrey or James. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Jupiter Hotel and Grand Stark Hotel are great accommodations that are within walking distance of the venue. The Hoxton and Hi-Lo Hotel in Downtown Portland are just across the river. If you’re using AirBnB, we recommend searching using the keyword “southeast Portland” for spots in cute neighborhoods that will be a less than 10-minute Uber to the venue.
