Q & A

The Wedding Website of Aubrey Clark and James Lively
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal! We want all our loved ones to feel and look their best. Think floral and fabulous- classy and chic. Wear all of your favorite spring colors, dressed to the 9's! Take this as a fun time to get dressed up in something you feel great in. We encourage our ladies to wear maxi/ midi length dresses, and our guys to wear suits and a classic tie. Our wedding party will be wearing butter yellow and pastel pink to help you refrain from those colors! The ceremony is outside so please dress accordingly. We can not wait to see you all looking beautiful on the day.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be in your seat 20-30 minutes early (3:15-3:30 pm) to allow the day to run with ease.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, please only bring those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear when you rsvp online or will be written on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

You know Aubrey loves kiddos, but due to the limited space, we are kindly asking this be a child free night unless it states otherwise on your wedding invitation. Use this night as a date night/ parents night out (on us!) Exceptions for if your baby is under one years old and needs their mama.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking on site with a very short walk to the venue. Cars can NOT be left overnight and must be gone by the end of the night. Please plan accordingly out of respect for the venue owners. Nothing wrong with a carpool situation!

Question

Can I take videos/photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from having your phones out during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer who will capture the ceremony and we would love for our guest to be in the moment with us. After the ceremony please take as many pictures as you please! The venue is beautiful and we want our guests to remember the celebration with friends and family!
