Please use the RSVP function on the website! We ask that you RSVP no later than April 1st so we have adequate time to adjust our seating and food.
Formal Attire. Please note that the ceremony and dinner are both outside and it may get a little chilly at night. Also, we recommend block heels, wedges, or flats for the ladies instead of stiletto heels since the ceremony and cocktail hour are on a grass lawn.
No, but we have provided multiple hotel recommendations on the Travel page! I have added some closer to the venue and some closer to Downtown Annapolis so you can choose where you would like to stay! We also recommend looking at some AirBnb's or VRBO's as there are a ton in the area. If you need help locating one or have questions about a neighborhood, please reach out to James or AnneMarie.
We do not have transportation to the venue as we have guests staying all over Annapolis. There is plenty of free parking at the venue and you are welcome to leave your car there overnight and get it in the morning! They will lock the gate once we all leave and reopen it in the morning. Ubers and Lyfts are very easy to come by in Annapolis and many hotels are a short ride away! We will have limited shuttles to bring guests downtown after the wedding.
We want all our friends and family to be fully present during the ceremony. Please let our photographer and videographer take the shots during this time. After, feel free to take all the photos your heart desires and use the hashtag #ItsHamillTime so we can enjoy them with you!
Yes! To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, we ask that everyone in attendance is fully vaccinated.
Please fill out the dietary restriction question when you RSVP! We will have a vegan option available.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Although we love your little ones, the only children included are those in our immediate families!
