How do I book my stay?

Answer

Please make sure to book your stay through the booking link provided on our website. The resort requires booking be done for the wedding through our specific link in order for guests to attend wedding events. If you have any concerns or questions regarding booking, please feel free to reach out to one of us directly!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will need you to RSVP by December 1st, 2025. This will ensure we have enough time to finalize everything with the venue.

What if I find a cheaper rate somewhere else?

Answer

We ask that you do not book your stay through any platform aside from our link, as per resort policy; however, if you find a lower rate elsewhere, please reach out to our travel agent at jclarketravels@gmail.com. She may be able to negotiate a price match through our wedding link for you with the resort.

Will I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, please make sure to get a passport if you do not already have one. Also, if your travel dates are within SIX MONTHS of your passport expiration date, you will not be able to fly. So make sure this is up to date as well!

What does all inclusive include?

Answer

All inclusive booking will cover your accommodations, your transportation to and from the airport to the venue (with a minimum of 4 nights), all your food and all drinks.

When should I arrive at the resort?

Answer

We recommend arriving April 28th or sooner; however, you are welcome to book anytime. Our room block is for April 28th - May 2nd. You will be able to extend these dates by three nights before/after for the same rates.

I am coming solo — can I share a room with someone?

Answer

Of course! Send us a message if you’d like a roommate and we’ll do our best to match you with another guest.

How far is the resort from the airport?

Answer

The resort is roughly an hour and 45 minutes drive from the airport.

Can I bring a plus one?
