What will the weather be like? | ¿Cómo será el clima?

Answer

October is a beautiful time of year in Georgia, especially in the North Georgia mountains when the leaves begin changing colors. The weather is typically cool and crisp, with daytime temperatures averaging in the mid 60s to low 70s. Evenings can become cooler, with temperatures often dropping into the mid 30s to 40s, so guests may wish to bring a light jacket. The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie. Ladies, bring out those long dresses or gowns. For men, suit and tie or tux. El código de vestimenta para nuestra boda es Black Tie (formal). Para las mujeres, vestidos largos o de gala. Para los hombres, traje y corbata o esmoquin.

The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors with access to outdoor areas throughout the evening. La ceremonia sera al aire libre. La recepción será en interior, con acceso a áreas exteriores durante la noche.

Will there be shuttles to/from the venue? | Habra transporte entre los hoteles y el lugar de boda?

Answer

Yes, to make transportation easier for our guests, we will provide shuttle transportation between the hotels in Helen and the wedding venue. Shuttles will depart at approximately 2:45 PM to bring guests to the venue prior to the ceremony. Return shuttles will depart the venue at approximately 10:00 PM and return guests to those same hotels. Please check back closer to our wedding date for the exact schedule.
