If you are looking to extend your trip, we highly recommend a visit to Boothbay Harbor. You cannot beat the ocean views! We went on a Boothbay whale watch on our first joint trip to Maine. We saw no whales. But we did see puffins! It was completely worth the fare to spend the day out on the Atlantic.
