Schedule -
5:00 pm - Seating:
Guests may be seated in the chairs located at Meadow Lake Point at 5:00 pm. Ushers will assist guests in finding the ceremony site from the parking lot.
5:30 pm - Ceremony:
The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 5:30 pm. Water will be available to guests at Meadow Lake Point. This is an outdoor ceremony.
6:00 pm - Cocktail Hour:
Cocktail hour will take place in Orientation Hall, which is in the same building as the Gingko Room where the reception will be held.
7:00 pm - Reception/Dinner:
The reception will take place in the Gingko Room. The bar will be closed during dinner, but guests will be offered red or white wine to accompany their meal. The bar will reopen at 8:30 pm.
