Question
What COVID precautions are you taking?
Answer
We encouraged everyone attending our celebration to get vaccinated since scientific research overwhelmingly shows that it reduces your risk of infection. The ceremony will take place outside, and chairs can be moved to allow for social distancing if you wish to do so. At the reception, masks and hand sanitizer will be available for everyone. While you will be assigned a spot at an inside table, we will also have tables available outside if you prefer to eat and relax in the open air. The back wall of our venue is made entirely of windows and doors, so you can still see and participate in all reception activities from outside if you choose. We will also have games (giant jenga, cornhole, and bocce ball) set up for anyone who wishes to celebrate the evening outside. While we know there is no way to eliminate all risk of COVID at our wedding, we hope that you still feel safe and comfortable attending. Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is comfortable business casual/Sunday best. The ceremony will take place outside in the woods and there will be lots of dancing at the reception - so make sure you wear comfortable shoes!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 3:45pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes - the ceremony and reception will both take place in the Reforestation Park. There is plenty of parking.

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
Yes, we have rooms blocked out at Country Inn & Suites, Green Bay North. The phone number for the hotel is 920-884-2000. Be sure to mention that you are with the Dean/Hopfensperger wedding!
Question
Will you have a shuttle available for wedding guests?
Answer
No, we will not have a shuttle for guests. However, we have purchased Lyft credits for all guests to use if they need a ride to or from the venue or after party. To use the credit, enter the code DEANWEDDING21 on Lyft and you will be given a $10 credit on your ride. This code can be used once per Lyft account and is valid from 3:00pm on 9/4 until 5:00am on 9/5. Please also note that bar that we plan to go to for the after party is only a short walk from the hotel block!
