Yes, but carpooling is encouraged! There is currently construction happening on the fairgrounds so we do not know which lots they will have everyone parking in, but we will keep you posted closer to the event!
We love kids, however our friends and family are loud enough! We would love for your little ones to join us if they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding and coordinating childcare!
As much as we love our friends and family and want everyone to be surrounded by plenty of people they can talk to, we can only accommodate the people listed on your RSVP.
The ceremony will be outside with dinner and reception inside afterwards!
Yes! A full dinner will be served including pulled pork and brisket with baked beans, twice baked potatoes, and salad.
No, outside alcohol will not be allowed at the venue. But don’t worry—we’ll have a fully stocked cash bar with plenty of options to enjoy!
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! If you’d like to support us with a gift, we kindly prefer cash as we begin this next chapter of our lives together.
For questions on the actual wedding day please contact either Kadie O'Brien (Maid of Honor) 720-209-2554 or Jacey Carlson (Sister of Groom) 303-880-8859
The "dress code" for our wedding is cowboy semi-formal. With that being said, we know some of our guests are not exactly the boots and hat type of people, dress shoes are more than okay! We want you to be comfortable enough to hit the dance floor but sharp enough for the photos! Think of this as "elevated Western"—classic ranch style meets wedding elegance. For the Gents The goal is a clean, tailored look. Think "Stetson-ready" rather than "working the fields." The Top: A crisp, button-down shirt (pearl snaps are encouraged!). Consider a blazer or a sports coat to elevate the look. The Bottom: Well-fitted denim (no holes or heavy fading) or clean khakis. The Accessories: A clean cowboy hat, a leather belt with your favorite buckle, and some boots! Note: While we love a good bolo tie, standard neckties are also welcome if that's more your speed! For the Ladies Aim for a look that is feminine, breezy, and ready for a two-step. The Outfit: A flowing sundress, a chic midi-dress, or a high-quality maxi. Floral prints and lace details fit the vibe perfectly. Could also definitely do a blouse with denim bottoms! The Footwear: Cowboy boots are the star of the show here! Whether they’re classic leather or sparkly fashion boots, they’ll keep you steady on uneven ground. Quick Tip: If you're debating between two items, ask yourself: "Could I wear this to a nice steakhouse?" If the answer is yes, you’re probably spot on.
