Flight

You can either fly into SFO or OAK and rent a car, or you can fly into Santa Rosa and take an Uber/Lyft to the ranch. At rush hour, the trip from SFO can be pretty long (Google estimates up to 2.5 hours), so we recommend aiming to leave the airport either before 1pm or after 7pm. For those flying into Oakland, the drive is likely around an hour shorter. Flying into Santa Rosa will avoid the traffic and car rental, but costs more. You’re welcome to arrive as early as 4pm on Sunday.

- Places to Stay -

If you are not staying at the ranch, we encourage you to book accommodations ASAP! The Ranch is about 10 minutes from the village of Calistoga and about 30 minutes from Santa Rosa - there are a number of other small towns nearby as well. All have hotels, inns, and airbnbs. There are also some airbnbs in the surrounding mountains. If you would like to be placed on the wait-list to stay on the ranch in case spots open up, just let Jenny or James know by email.
