What if I have a food allergy?

There are many food options to choose from throughout the day. However, if there are any concerns please contact us at the emails above.

Will there be alcohol during the Reception?

Answer

We as a couple decided to have our guests who love alcoholic beverages to utilize the Cash Bar. The Cash Bar is just like an ordinary bar where you pay up front for your drinks, so bring some extra cash for your booze!

How long will we be outside for the Ceremony and the Reception?

Answer

Starting at 4:30 PM for the Ceremony, all guests will be outside. Then the cocktail will partake outside on the balcony with the refreshers and the chips and salsa until 6:00 PM. There will be fans outside and the evening will be a lot cooler than earlier in the day.

Are there any COVID-19 Restrictions at the Venue?

Answer

If you are Vaccinated, no mask is required. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you wear a mask when not eating or drinking. We want everyone to feel safe at our wedding. If anything changes we will update this information here. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these times!

Will there be Photographers and Videographers during the Event?

Yes, so be prepared because we will be keeping every single memory from our Wedding!

What is the attire for the Wedding?

Formal wear is the preferred attire!

When is the deadline for the RSVP?

Answer

The deadline is September 18th, 2021. If you have received the invitation, please RSVP as soon as possible so we can have the official head count for the wedding.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Your children are welcome, and if you have special concerns in bringing your child just contact James or Priscilla!
