By when should I RSVP?
Answer
We ask all guests to RSVP by April 15th of 2025. Any invitations that remain unconfirmed by then will automatically be marked as NOT attending. This will help us with arrangements. We appreciate your promptness and understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Gala/Formal. It is STRICTLY all black. Cowboy boots/Formal Cowboy wear welcome and encouraged.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We ask the guests to please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
No! It will be a dry wedding! There is no alcohol or smoking allowed.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?
Answer
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! But please carpool wherever it is possible to reduce traffic.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Yes! At Target, Walmart, & Amazon! Gift cards and Monetary gifts are welcome. You can find a link to these in the registry tab. :)

The ceremony and reception are at the same venue!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We know many of you are coming from afar for this event so we have made special arrangements to provide a discounted rate at a few local hotels. Please see the travel tab for the options and discount code. ***Keep in mind the options listed are in different towns due to the location of the Ceremony/Reception.***

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Food will be buffet style and provided for by the friends we will have a variety to choose from for everyone to have options. But please let us know at 432-894-5431 so we can ensure everyone is taken care of.
