The Adventure Begins

We first met at our friend Tim's Super Bowl party (the Panthers lost but at least something positive for James came out of that night) and hung out again on a hike with Tim and other friends a few weeks later. A couple weeks after that we went with Tim (hmm, maybe we should give Tim more credit for setting us up...) on a camping and hiking trip at Old Rag Mountain. Even though we woke up at 4am and hiked through the dark we talked and laughed the whole time getting to know each other. About two and a half years later we walked past that same campsite again while hiking up the neighboring Robertson Mountain where James proposed at the top on a beautiful fall day! We are so excited to start the adventure of marriage together and can't wait to celebrate with everyone!
