Are children allowed?

Answer

To allow all of our guests to fully enjoy our wedding, we ask that you make arrangements for childcare and enjoy a date night to celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive to the ceremony by 4:30 to account for delays in traffic, allow time for parking and to find your seat.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear floor length, cocktail, tea-length, midi formal dresses. Gents can wear a suit or blazer (tie optional). No jeans please.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes! We anticipate great weather this time of year, but bring a light jacket just in case it gets windy on the rooftop.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged “ceremony. This means we ask all phones are silenced and put away during the ceremony. We would love for everyone to truly be present and enjoy this special moment with us. We hired a professional photographers to capture these moments and wouldn’t want anyone’s phone blocking this moment. During cocktail hour and reception feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Where & How do I access the venues parking garage for free?

Answer

The Venues parking garage is across the street at 198 E 19th St, Kanas City, Mo 64108. When you enter the garage, have your phone out & ready. DO NOT SWIPE YOUR CREDIT CARD TO REGISTER. Instead, scan the QR Code next to the keypad. Click the link that is sent to you & send a text with the gate code 111. To validate parking for free simply scan any of the QR codes posted near the evelators & bar. Cars have 12 hours of validated time before it runs out.

Will there be vegetarian options?

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone’s dietary needs.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guest due to limited capacity at our venue. Your invitation will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one is included.
