Airport Information
Dallas has two main airports: - Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW): Centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, about 45 minutes from the venue. Serves most major airlines. - Dallas Love Field (DAL): Closer to downtown Dallas and about 50 minutes from the venue. It’s a smaller airport with flights primarily from Southwest and Delta Airlines. To avoid delays, we recommend steering clear of rush-hour traffic (around 5 PM), when travel times can exceed an hour. Safe travels—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Choosing the right lodging location can make a big difference in your experience. Staying near the venue? The wedding will be in Aubrey, Texas, and most hotels are about 15-20 minutes away. We recommend looking at accommodations near Denton for a shorter drive on the big day. These areas offer a mix of dining, shopping, and family-friendly activities. Just note that staying here means a bit more travel from the airport. Making it a vacation? If you want to explore, consider staying near Downtown Dallas or Fort Worth. Both cities are full of fun activities, including world-class museums, historic districts, and vibrant food scenes. You’ll also be closer to DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field, though you should plan for a long drive to the venue on wedding day.
