As you travel to the Snidow Chapel for our wedding ceremony, please be aware of the new traffic patterns if you’re coming off of Old Forest Rd or Lakeside Dr. The entrance to Hopwood Dr (Lynchburg College; University of Lynchburg) and College Dr (beside Hopwood) will be closed due to construction. These are the fastest ways to reach the chapel if coming from those areas. They have also added a new bridge and roundabout in front of both roads. So, we have mapped out alternate routes that can be taken. The marked red areas are the roads that will be closed near the chapel. The blue circle is where the new roundabout is located. The black lines are the alternate routes that possibly can be taken to get to the chapel. The City of Lynchburg also plans to have signs posted for alternate routes. Please drive safely!
