Shuttle

Hotel Goodwin shuttle service

August 7, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We have hired a large bus that seats 55 people to help transport our family and friends safely. This bus will be leaving the Goodwin Hotel parking lot at 3pm on 8/7/26, expecting to arrive at the venue at 3:25. Guests will then proceed to the golf carts & trams provided by the venue staff to get to the ceremony location. This same bus will then arrive at 11pm with an expected departure of 11:15 after the bride and groom exit. In addition to the big bus, we also have 2 13 person shuttles that will run throughout the day to get individuals home sooner if they choose! If you choose to drive to the venue, we encourage you to take the shuttle back to the hotel due to wildlife in the area. Vehicles may stay at the venue overnight, but must be picked up no later than noon on Saturday August 8th.
