We met in 2017 in Clarksville TN, but our love didn’t begin to grow until 2019. We both realized that what we were looking for was right in front of us the whole time. The connection was undeniable and it seemed as if everything aligned perfectly so that we could be together. One of our favorite songs is “Written in the Sand” by Old Dominion. The song describes a man asking a woman if they are meant to be or just a temporary fix for love. We learned quickly we are not written in the sand, we are written in the stars and brought together for a lifetime. From day one Brian fell in love with Tametra and her two daughters Peighton and Marley and Tametra fell head over heels for B.A.D (Brian, Austin and Deano). God couldn’t have joined two better families to learn from one another, make memories together and love each other as one.

Brian had so many ideas on how he wanted to propose but wasn’t sure when the time was right. He prayed ever single night on how and when he should do it. After talking to his boys Austin and Deano he knew September 18, 2019 would be the day. Brian thought it would be very important to speak to her father Shawn, and he gave his blessing. He also spoke to her Grandmother Carolyn and mother Sharene before proposing. After all 3 gave their blessings Brian set up a date and time for the whole family to take pictures near the Cumberland River. While down on the river Brian led Tametra and the kids to a beautiful resting area amongst the trees and a park bench where Austin and Deano read her letters they had written themselves expressing their love for her. When they were done Brian grabbed her hands and told her how much he loves her and wants to spend the rest of his life with her. He then got on one knee and proposed and She said ABSOLUTELY! They all hugged and cried together with happiness and joy!
