Do I Need to RSVP?
Answer
Yes, an RSVP is required by April 2, 2026, for every invited guest. Unfortunately, if you miss the RSVP deadline, you will be indicated as “regretfully declines”.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
Black Tie Optional or Formal Attire is required. Men should wear a dinner jacket, suit, or tuxedo with a tie or bowtie. Women should wear dresses in an evening appropriate fabric.

Can I Wear White to the Wedding ?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white to ensure the bride is the center of attention on her special day. We encourage guests to choose colorful or neutral attire to celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding.

Are Children Invited?
Answer
While children are a gift from God, our special day is an adult only event. We want to ensure a formal and elegant atmosphere and encourage you to use this event as a “date night” for yourselves.

Can I Bring an Additional Guest?
Answer
While we believe our love should be shared with the world; our wedding is RSVP only. All plus one’s have been indicated on your RSVP Card. There will be no admission for those not listed on our RSVP list.

Are There Hotel Room Blocks?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved a blocks of hotel rooms at Hotel Roanoke, Hampton Inn and Courtyard. You can find more details about each hotel on our “travel” page.

What If I'm Running Late to the Ceremony
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please make arrangements to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will be asked to wait outside the venue until the completion of the ceremony. No exceptions will be made.

Will the Wedding be Held Indoor or Outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be held outdoors. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, so you can enjoy the celebration without worrying about moving between venues.

Is Parking Available at the Venue?
Answer
Yes! The venue has ample parking for those who plan on driving. If you plan on drinking during the reception, please be responsible and utilize a ride share service such as Uber or Lyft.
