Question

What are you doing to protect against COVID-19

Answer

Thanks for asking! Mask and hand sanitizer will be provided at the door and throughout the venue. You’re more than welcome to bring your own mask to wear. Temperature checks will be conducted at the door before entering. If you have the following symptoms temperature over 100 degrees, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing,chest/body pain please remain home for the safety of our other guest. Due to COVID-19 the guest list has been cut in half to continue social distancing. Please travel safely and we understand if you’re unable to attend. We love you and thank you for your understanding.

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes! you must RSVP by July 10,2020 in order to attend the wedding. We need to make sure we have the appropriate count of guest due to food and beverage cost.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

You may arrive starting at 3:30 P.M. and doors will close at 5 P.M. After this time no guest will be allowed to enter during the ceremony. You will be asked to wait until cocktail hour to enter. We thank you for your understanding.

Will children be allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Although our LOVE for children is immeasurable, our decision to have an ADULT only wedding is in the best interest of the occasion. Parents and guardians, please consider this union and reception as an adult getaway for you to enjoy. Each guest must be at least 15 years of age. Underage children and teens who are not apart of the wedding party must be cleared by the Bride and Groom. As our guests, we ask that you respect our decision and prepare to have a marvelous time.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

The wedding attire is semi-formal for all guest. Please no jeans or tennis shoes. You’re more than welcome to follow our Harlem Nights Theme and come dressed in your best roaring 20’s attire!

Is there an Open Bar?

Answer

We thought you’d never ask. Let’s toast to the married life ! This is only for our guests 21+. Wristbands will be given to those who wish to partake in the open bar during the reception. On your RSVP, please accept or decline a wristband for yourself and your plus one if given the option to bring a guest. It is mandatory that you show ID to retrieve your wristband at the venue. If there is no selection made it is an automatic decline. The decision is to decline is also optional however it will be final. Don’t forget to TIP our wonderful bartender. ( please drink responsibly and plan your accommodations for travel in advance. Do not drink and drive. The Bride and Groom are not responsible for any accidents) Once the bar is empty it will be closed.
