Our wedding will take place on November 7th, 2025 at Bartlett Hills Golf club, located at 800 W Oneida Ave, Bartlett, IL 60103. • The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm — and remember, time is a big ball of wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff, so don’t be late! • Reception to follow immediately after at the same location. Don’t worry — no cracks in the universe are expected (but we’re prepared just in case).

It’s black tie — but feel free to add a touch of Gallifreyan glamour! • Men: A tuxedo with a black bow tie or a tie. Bow ties are not just cool — they’re practically mandatory. • Women: A floor-length gown, a formal cocktail dress, or a stylish ensemble inspired by your favorite Doctor Who era. • Bonus points if you sneak in a sonic screwdriver or a Time Lord-inspired accessory — but please, no Dalek exoskeletons (they’re hard to dance in).

Seating is reserved for those listed on your invitation. If your invitation included a plus one, their name will be listed. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — or just ask the nearest Ood for clarification.

Please arrive by 2:30pm— even the Doctor can’t turn back time if you’re late. We recommend getting there 15–30 minutes early to avoid running into any temporal distortions.

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided from Marriott Hotels and Resorts to the venue starting at 12pm. Return shuttles will begin at 9pm and continue until 10pm — no need for a vortex manipulator.

Yes, there’s complimentary parking available. Parking attendants will be there to assist you — though psychic paper won’t be necessary.

We’ll be serving a buffet — no protein packs, we promise. • An open bar will be available with cocktails inspired by Doctor Who: • “River’s Kiss” – A romantic twist on a classic martini • “Bad Wolf Brew” – A craft beer that leaves a mysterious aftertaste • “The Sonic Boom” – A bright blue cocktail (naturally) • Sadly, no fish fingers and custard — but the dessert table might surprise you.

The ceremony will take place outdoors, with the reception indoors. If it rains, we’ll have a backup plan — but we’re hoping for clear skies and no Dalek invasions.
