Both the ceremony and reception will be at Low Camp at Kualoa Ranch.

Is the boarding pass an invitation?

Answer

The boarding pass is a Save the Date. Your invitation will have more information (plus ones, additional invitees in your household, how to RSVP, food options, etc.)

Please arrive between 3:00-3:15PM on April 25th. The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30PM

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

A marvelous blend of cocktail and beach/garden party attire. We will be outside and close to the beach so keep that in mind when you get dressed to the nines. If you wear heels, ensure that they have a wedge because we will be in grass.

Are there any colors you would prefer me not to wear?

Answer

We want you to be colorful so please refrain from wearing white or black.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The daytime temperatures are comfortably warm, averaging in the high 70s and low 80s. Evenings are slightly colder and dip into the 60s, especially along the beaches. There will be cover at the venue.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

COVID-19 has made it virtually impossible for us to book hotel blocks. We have some suggestions on our Travel page, but definitely let us know where you'll be staying so we can add it to our list.

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venue?

Answer

Yes, but we recommend that you carpool or use Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft). It is dark at night and visibility is low.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Food will be catered by Island Fusion Catering. Pass Appetizers: Mini Poke Bowls with Viola Flowers (Yellow fin tuna prepared limu style and spicy served with sushi rice and avocado finished with Viola Flower) Heirloom Grape Tomato Caprese Skewers (Grape tomato, sweet basil, fresh mozzarella, sea salt and pepper finished with Waimanalo honey balsamic drizzle and basil oil) Buffet: Mix Mesclun Green Salad with Candied Macadamia Nut & Kula Strawberry (Local mixed greens, Maui sweet onion, grape tomato, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, Kula strawberries and candied macadamia nuts served with papaya seed dressing) Grilled Paniolo Tri Tip with Garlic Chimichurri (Grilled tri tip seasoned with Hawaiian sea salt, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, coriander, dill weed and red pepper flakes finished with zesty garlic, parsley, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper chimichurri sauce) Pan Seared Lemongrass Opakapaka with Yellow Coconut Curry Sauce (Pan Seared pacific pink snapper seasoned with lemongrass, salt and pepper finished with yellow coconut curry and sweet soy) Kalua Pig (Pork shoulder cooked low and slow seasoned with Hawaiian sea salt, coarse black pepper and liquid smoke) Sautéed Baby Bok Choy with Ginger (Blanched baby bok choy sautéed in garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, sesame oil and pepper) Roasted Garlic Sweet Purple Potato Mash (Roasted garlic, sweet purple potato, coconut milk, salt and pepper) Toasted Shredded Coconut Jasmine Rice (Sweet shredded coconut mixed with floral jasmine rice)

Answer

During the ceremony, photos/videos will not be allowed. During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to take photos and videos. We ask that you do not post photos or videos of the bride and groom until we release the photos from our wonderful photographer.
