If you have time for breakfast or brunch, this is a must! Aretha Frankenstein’s is a local favorite known for its cozy, laid-back vibe and giant, fluffy pancakes (seriously… they’re huge 😭). It’s the perfect spot for a casual morning, especially if you’re looking for something unique and very “Chattanooga.” Heads up: It can get busy, so going early is always a good idea!
