The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive between 3:45 4:00 to allow time for parking and seating.

We are registered through Zola and are so appreciative of any gifts or contributions. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we are truly grateful to celebrate this special time with you.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged. Please turn off and put away phones and cameras so everyone can be fully present during this special moment. We promise to share photos from our photographer after the wedding!

Is there a dress code?

Formal Spring Garden Party! Please wear formal spring garden party attire—light, airy fabrics, soft florals, and pastels. Aim for colors like light green, lavender, and butter yellow! Think flowy long dresses, elegant silhouettes, and suits in lighter shades. We encourage romantic, garden-inspired looks. Please no white, off-white, ivory or champagne!

Due to space and planning, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be available near the venue. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, making it easy for guests to park once and enjoy the celebration all in one place.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided from the main hotel to the venue. Additional details and timing will be shared once transportation arrangements are finalized. Please note that the venue is located in a rural area, and rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft may not be readily available so we encourage guests to plan accordingly.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will be serving a buffet from Mission BBQ. While we are unable to accommodate specific meal substitutions, the buffet will include a variety of options for guests to choose from. If you have a severe allergy, please feel free to reach out and we will do our best to help you plan accordingly.
