4:00 PM-Prelude & Guest Arrival
Guests are welcomed to arrive, mingle, and settle in before the ceremony begins.
4:30 PM-Ceremony
Join us as we exchange vows and begin our next chapter together.
5:00 PM-Cocktails & Celebration
Enjoy an open bar, cocktails, light bites, photo booth and music while we capture a few celebratory moments together.
6:00 PM-Grand Entrance & Reception
The celebration continues with our Welcome Toast as we welcome everyone to an evening of dining, drinks, & dancing.
6:15 PM – 8:30 PM-Dinner & Dancing
Enjoy the reception at your leisure with OPEN seating, food available throughout the evening, & plenty of time on the dance floor.
8:30 PM-Sweet Moments
Join us for cake cutting & desserts as we celebrate together.
10:00 PM-Late Night Bites
A selection of late-night snacks will be served to keep the celebration going.
10:30 PM – 11:00 PM-Final Toast & Farewell
One last dance and a heartfelt thank you as we close out the evening together.

Formal/Black-Tie Optional: What it means: still elevated, but more flexible. Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. Midi or long Black dresses work. Tailored Black suits work. ALL BLACK ATTIRE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
