What is the dress code?

Our wedding embraces a garden party, semi-formal dress code. Ladies, we recommend elegant cocktail dresses, while gentlemen can choose suits with or without ties. Considering the August weather, opt for light, breathable fabrics in soft spring or summer color palettes—think delicate florals or sophisticated earth tones. Please avoid casual attire like denim or shorts. Additionally, we kindly request that guests refrain from wearing white or white-adjacent shades, including off-white, cream, or white-based floral patterns. Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can create an intimate and carefully curated celebration, we kindly request that only guests specifically named on your invitation attend. We appreciate your understanding as we work to make our wedding day special and personal.

We will have a cash bar available at the reception for guests to purchase their preferred drinks.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15 - 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Do I have to be a guest at the JPL to use their amenities?

Answer

Non-guests can access many of the Fairmont's amenities by paying a resort fee. This allows you to enjoy features like the pool, spa, golf course, and other resort facilities during your visit.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes, we've created both a honeymoon fund and a traditional registry to give our loved ones multiple ways to celebrate our special day. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, and we're truly touched by any additional support you'd like to share.

Yes! We've curated a selection of a few hotel recommendations on our travel page to help make your stay comfortable and convenient. Due to the previous wildfires, please be aware that local accommodations may have some variations, including potential renovations, restorations, or changes in available lodging options.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available throughout the various parking lots located throughout the Fairmont property free of charge on a first-come first-serve basis. Valet Parking is also available for $45.00 per night.
