This hotel is 1.5 miles away from the Westin Carlsbad. There will be a shuttle available to drop off and pick up guests for the Welcome Party, at the Westin, Friday night. Our room block at The Cassara Carlsbad has filled up.

Although our room blocks have filled up, you are welcome to still book rooms at these properties. There are also plenty of other hotels and rental properties in the Carlsbad, Oceanside and Fallbrook areas.

Rental Cars / Uber & Lyft

Our hotel and venue are just North of San Diego, in the cities of Carlsbad (hotel) and Fallbrook (venue). Rental cars are recommended and carpooling is encouraged when possible. For the wedding day: Fallbrook Estates (venue) is around 30 minutes from the Carlsbad area. Plan your departure time accordingly. Our venue has plenty of free parking for our guests and their rental cars. If needed, cars can be left overnight and picked up by noon on Sunday. If you are planning on using Uber/Lyft to and from the venue, we recommend pre-booking your post wedding ride. Stay tuned for a special Uber discount that will be available during the wedding weekend.
