Q&A

Question

When do you need to know if we're attending?

Answer

We’d love to receive your OSA by April 1st.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is "Kavaj" which means a suit and tie for men and an elegant dress for women. Think festive and stylish, but not overly formal. We want you to feel comfortable and look great but please avoid the dress of the colors black, white and red.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love your kids, but this time we’re planning an adults-only party so we can really go all in and enjoy the evening. If you have an infant, you’re welcome to bring them along.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are around 30 parking spaces available free of charge for hotel guests at Långholmen Hotel. Please ask for a parking permit at the hotel reception, conference reception, or the inn, and follow the parking instructions. Note that parking spaces are subject to availability. If the parking lot is full, paid street parking is available on Södermalm.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please include your allergy details when you RSVP so we can accommodate your needs.

Answer

It’s about 1.1 km and should take roughly 15 minutes to walk, according to Google.

Question

When is the check-in time to the hotel?

Answer

Check-in is available from 15:00.

Question

Is there a parking place nearby the church?

Answer
