When should I RSVP by?

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Yorkville, an IHG Hotel, located at 577 East Kendall Drive, Yorkville, IL 60560. Call the hotels phone to book a room, (630) 882-0600 the reservation is under Lockard-Papez and the block code is LPW. Give the hotel the block code when booking a room for the discount! Discount Code - LPW *To guarentee a hotel room, please book as soon as possible*

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be yellow school buses making one trip from the hotel to the ceremony. There will be buses making two trips from the reception back to the hotel. For more information about pick up and departure times, please see the travel tab of our website.

Is there parking available at your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot on site for our ceremony and reception. Any car left in the parking lot overnight MUST be removed by 9:00am the following day or will be towed at the owner's expense.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

To help you plan for the weather, our ceremony will be outdoors. Our reception will be held in a 3 sided pole barn building, Charlie, nicknamed "the party barn." None of the barns have air conditioning.

What time should I arrive to the venue for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue no later than 2:30pm to ensure that everyone is seated in time for the ceremony to start promptly at 3pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see everyone dressed up, so we ask that you wear semi-formal attire!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we ask that you refer to your invitation and RSVP card in regards to how many people can attend.
