The day we made it "official."

A last minute decision had us watching the lakefront fireworks in downtown Milwaukee. It was during the display that we said "I love you" for the first time.

During a hike at one of our usual spots Jake completely surprised me by getting down on one knee and asking me to marry him. It was the most amazing moment (even though I blanked out all of his speech LOL) and I can't wait to spend forever with him!

We are both so excited to make this commitment to each other and are feeling blessed to have our loved ones surrounding us during our day!
