We’re getting married!

Jake and Suzette first met while working together at Publix in January 2013. Suzette was not very fond of Jake but that quickly changed after a few days of Jake's flirtatious-sarcastic comments. Their first date was February 9th, 2013, at the Everglades Seafood Festival where they both tried gator tail for the first time. I guess you can say, it was love at first bite!

Their proposal is not as expected. They had a three day weekend planned in Key West, Florida. On their first night in the Keys, Jake’s suitcase was stolen from their car and they had to file a police report because Jake had the engagement ring in his suitcase. Suzette then found out about Jake’s plan to propose over the weekend. The next day Suzette and Jake spent the day snorkeling at John Pennekamp and later planned dinner and sunset. That evening they went to watch sunset and Jake proposed with a mood changing turtle ring We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Tennessee!
