Dublin Airport

If you are flying, the fastest and most convenient airport to travel into is Dublin Airport via Aer Lingus or Ryanair. If you are planning to use public transport for the duration, arrive into Dublin airport arrivals lounge and walk straight ahead out the arrivals door to the buses, where you will find number 100X to Dundalk via Drogheda. The bus company is usually Expressway and takes around 1:20hr to get to Dundalk. The Fairways Hotel is situated in Dundalk and is a short taxi from the longwalk bus station, I have listed some taxi companies for your convenience. You can also rent a car from Dublin Airport where a direct shuttle will take you to the car rental area.

For a little bit of luxury, we have been in contact with The Fairyways hotel. It is located in Dundalk and is a 20 minute drive to the venue. Using our discounted rate, the night of our wedding (6th June) is €230 (Double Room) for Bed & Breakfast with included transfers to and from the wedding venue. If you need to add an extra person (triple room) it will be an extra €40. A credit card is required to secure your booking. If you are staying only one night in the hotel and staying at the venue the other, the hotel has a rate for the 5th June only - Bed and Breakfast Only (1 night stay- €249 breakfast included, however no shuttle to venue included). (I can organise seperately if needed). If you are coming to Day 2 (7th June) the hotel rate is €195 for a double room (Breakfast and Transfer to and from Venue included also in rate). Onsite Glamping Pods + Cottages

There is onsite accommodation and this had been reserved mostly for family and will receive a private link to book. We will be in touch if there are any changes or spaces available onsite. There is a minimum stay in the pods for 2 nights. If you are family and are planning not to stay for the minimum amount, please contact us. Check- in 1:00pm Check out: 11:00am

House Or Rental

Offsite Rentals

There are many places that are available for short-term rent in Dundalk and surrounding. Please look on Booking.com and airb&b's that provide local accommodation. The venue has a huge car park and you can park your car there overnight if needed :) or If you would like to take a camper van/motor home, you are welcome to park it in the car park with a ground rate between €40-€50 per night. Please let us know in advance if this is your intention.

Taxi Information

Here are a list of taxi companies you can pre-book to get you back to your perferred accomodation. All guests staying off site will need to leave the venue for 2:00am latest. Uber is available here, however it is quite expensive to book and not very reliable. If you are booking a local taxi's make sure you have a little bit of cash (Euro) - Sevens taxi's service - Fives Dundalk Cabs Other Taxi Services available on Google. The venue staff will also be there to help with taxis from the venue back to your accommodation.
