Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Space is limited, and we're trying to make sure as many of our loved ones as possible can celebrate with us. Unless it's stated on your invitation, we ask that you come solo.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we adore your children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only, unless otherwise stated on your invitation.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress.

Question

HOW DO I GET TO THE WEDDING VENUE? WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

Guests staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites will have access to a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue. Guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites or Homewood Suites by Hilton can use a rideshare service or drive about 5 minutes to the venue.

Question

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the venue.

Question

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside pending weather. There will be blankets available for an outdoor ceremony. If there is precipitation, the ceremony will be indoors. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place inside the venue.

Question

What should I know about celebrating at high elevation?

Answer

High altitude can impact people in different ways. Many people aren't affected by it at all, while some may experience altitude sickness. Our wedding venue is located slightly higher than a mile above sea level. We want our guests to have an awesome time, but don't forget to drink plenty of water and know that you'll most likely feel the effects of alcohol more easily. If you're able, it's great to head to town a day or two early so that your body can adjust to the elevation change!
