For guests who are staying at Bent's Opera House, there is an overnight parking lot behind the hotel. If you are staying at any other local hotel, you will have specific parking instructions from that hotel. For guests who are not staying the night, there is plenty of free street parking on Main Street! There are also nearby free lots. You can park on Main Street for as long as you'd like, just not overnight. However, if something does happen and you need to leave your car overnight, you can park in the lot behind Rudy’s overnight.
Yes! There are hotel rooms inside of Bent's Opera House itself on the second floor, which connect to the main wedding area via elevator. There is also a hotel directly across the street from the venue, The Hart House Hotel, which has 10 rooms. Additionally, there is a Comfort Inn about 5 minutes from the venue!
No! We truly just want you there and we don't expect anything at all.
We'd love for you to dress how you're comfortable, but the general dress code would fall between semi-formal and cocktail. We are going to have a slightly fancy vibe in mind to match the venue, and lean into the fabrics and colors of the time of year i.e. velvet, satin, jewel tones so feel free to do the same! And because Jake always gets upset when he doesn't know exactly what dress codes mean, he wanted to note that for the dudes, a dress shirt and dress pants would be appropriate, with a tie and/or jacket if you're feeling up to it - basically no jeans and t-shirts. And for the gals, I know you'll all look stunning, so feel free to wear your favorite autumnal cocktail dress, your little black jumpsuit, that one random floor length gown you bought during the pandemic from an Instagram ad that you never thought you'd have a chance to wear, but just bought it because it was so pretty.. whatever makes you feel beautiful!
We kindly ask that you leave those sweet kiddos at home due to the historic nature of our venue!
You can RSVP right here on this website when you get your invitations! And you can make sure to RSVP before October 1st.
Of course! When you fill out your RSVP, you can let us know any allergies or dietary restrictions. We'll make sure you don't go hungry!
We strongly believe in the buddy system, so if any of our solo travelers are heading to the wedding, you're more than welcome to bring your buddy! We'll chat with you about it individually so they can RSVP alongside you as the date gets closer! :)
