IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoor under the banyan tree, if weather permits, with an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception to follow. All wedding day events are held at The Fairmont Hotel.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We kindly invite our guests to dress in formal/cocktail attire to celebrate with us. Think elegant and polished, while still comfortable for a joyful evening of dining, dancing, and celebrating. We can’t wait to celebrate together!

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Feel free to arrive to The Fairmont as early as you would like, but we recommend at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to get settled. There is a lovely bar in the lobby to indulge in a pre-ceremony cocktail if you wish to arrive earlier. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm under the banyan tree just outside the lobby, with cocktail hour on the Grand Ballroom Terrace to follow.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of those part of our wedding party. We hope that you understand and take this opportunity to relax and have some fun!

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

Thank you so much for traveling to celebrate with us! We have provided you with hotel information for our venue, and we do recommend staying on site at The Fairmont so we can spend our days by the pool/beach with you, although there are additional hotels near the property! If you choose to stay at the Residence Inn By Marriott or the Hampton Inn & Suites, both are conveniently located steps away from The Fairmont, and an easy 1 to 2 minute walk away. All information is located under the travel tab.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you’d like! We ask that you make sure to RSVP “yes” or “no” by December 18, 2026 at the latest.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We have hired an AMAZING photographer! We have trusted them to capture the moments of our ceremony. At this time we ask for all phones to be put away and silenced. Feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like before or after our ceremony!
