If you ask Jake, Sami and Jake met before Freshman year started at the University of Minnesota. They were in the same orientation group and she told a weird story during one of the “get to know you” activities. If you ask Sami, Jake was a hot shot subgroup leader in her Engineers Without Borders group her sophomore year. Either way you remember it, it was a great friendship that with a little help from State Radio and Twins baseball turned into an even better relationship!
