When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding is on Saturday, May 31st, 2025. It will be held at the DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, MA.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 5:30 PM, so plan to arrive no later than 5:15 PM.

Where are guests staying?
Answer
Hotel rooms for guests will be at The Aloft Hotel in Lexington, MA, which is a 10-minute car or shuttle ride away from the DeCordova. We have a group rate with this hotel and you can find more info on this and the link to book through on the "travel" page of this site.

Is everything at the DeCordova?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be at the DeCordova. The Aloft Hotel is where we will have our brunch for out-of-town guests.

Is there transportation to the DeCordova?
Answer
There will be a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes.

What's the dress code?

Cocktail attire.

Is there parking available?
Answer
The DeCordova has a free parking lot available.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Those who specified a plus-one should be all set.

Will there be a meal or food provided?
Answer
Absolutely! There will be a pre-ceremony drink station, passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres, a full-course meal with your specified choice from your RSVP, a dessert station, and an open bar.

Are there any local attractions or activities for guests?
Answer
Yes! There are attractions, spots for lunch, dinner, and many things to do in Lincoln, Lexington, and Boston while you're here. Check out the "Things To Do" page on this site for our recommendations.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
Answer
Yes! There will be vegan/GF hors d'oeuvres and a vegan/GF entreé. Please specify in your RSVP your choice of the vegan/GF option plus any dietary preferences or concerns.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
All parts of the venue associated with our wedding are wheelchair accessible. There are accessible bathrooms in the café and on the third floor of the museum, accessed by an elevator. There are two wheelchair accessible parking spots next to the front entrance of the museum, plus a number of accessible spots in the main parking lot.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
No problem! We have a backup location inside the DeCordova right next to where we will be holding the cocktail hour.
